The Project

SBA Group, a Panamanian developer with more than 20 years in the market, brought in Márquez Iván Studio to produce a video of the model apartment at 5cero4, their new residential project in Coco del Mar. The brief was specific: a higher level of production quality, smoother camera movement, and a visual finish that matched the project's architectural concept — understated, warm, elegant, modern.

The Approach

Márquez Iván Studio is best known for its real estate photography, but video has been part of the studio's services from the start. This project was a chance to show it: applying the same eye for composition and light that defines the photography work, carried into motion.

That foundation is what sets the studio's video approach apart from other production teams. Every shot is composed first as a single photograph — framing, light, composition — and then given movement. The result is a video that feels like a sequence of well-resolved photographs in transition, rather than the other way around.

The final piece is a short video, just over a minute long, built with the pacing and fluidity that vertical, social-first formats call for today.

The Context

This project arrived as a second stage. The first engagement with 5cero4 was a 360° virtual tour of the same model apartment. A week after that delivery, SBA Group reached out to Márquez Iván Studio directly for this video — a project with a higher technical and production bar, focused entirely on high-end cinematography.

The Result

A short vertical video documenting the 5cero4 model apartment with stabilized camera movement, consistent color across rooms, and a finish in line with the project's positioning in Coco del Mar.
